Which services does Kukinpot Restaurant offer?

Which kind of dishes do you offer?

Kukinpot offers both local Ghanaian dishes as well as continental dishes. Kindly refer to our menu for more information. Please note that aside kenkey with pork, most local Ghanaian dishes cannot be ordered online for delivery because they are Dine In only food items.

Can I order food online?

Yes of cause! You can always order your food online. However, not all food items can be ordered online. Some items are strictly reserved for Dine In customers only. Kindly visit our menu page and highlight on any item to order. You may also follow this link to order https://kukinpot.com/menu/

Which payment methods do you accept online?

We accept all forms of Mobile Money (Mtn, Airtel, Tigo & Vodafone cash). We also accept Ghana issued VISA and Master Debit cards. You may even pay with CASH upon delivery if you so wish. Is that amazing? Lol.

Is my VISA / Master Debit card secured on your website?

First and foremost, all payments are processed by Expresspay Ghana, a leading name in payment processing within the country. We also use a site lock security which encrypts and protects all your personal and payment information. Your online security is therefore assured.

Are food deliveries free?

No! Food deliveries come at a little charge, depending on your location. Our transport department will immediately follow up with a phone call after placing your order to inform you of the delivery cost.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all parts of Accra and Tema.

How long do I have to wait for my food to be delivered?

Averagely, Dine In orders take between 5 to 10 minutes to be served whiles online orders take between 15 to 45minutes to be delivered; depending on which part of Accra or Tema you are.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Online orders are delivered to our kitchen in real time for fulfillment. This makes it almost impossible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you are able to reach any of our hotlines within 3 minutes after placing your order, we will certainly hold or cancel it and refund your money.

How are refunds done after I successfully cancel an order?

Our accounts department always refunds through the same mode of payment you used to place the order; be it mobile money, visa or master debit card. Kindly note that any transfer charges or costs associated with the refund will be debited to you.

Do you offer table RESERVATION?

Yes, we do offer table RESERVATION. Though not mandatory, we recommend customers visiting in a group of 7 or more to make an advance reservation so we can provide you with premium services. Please note that RESERVATIONS must be made atleast two (2) hours in advance and it’s strictly granted based on table availability.

Do you charge for table RESERVATIONS?

No! Reservations are always free and doesn’t come at any cost whatsoever. However, customers who make reservations must endeavor to arrive on time. Kindly note that all reservation delays of up to 30 minutes are automatically cancelled; unless there are no other customers on the waiting list.

Do you offer freebies?

Why not? You know how passionate we are about our cherished and potential customers. For this reason, we offer countless freebies. Some of which include but not limited to FREE WIFI, FREE TABLE RESERVATION, ONLINE DISCOUNT COUPONS, FREE & SECURED PACKING SPACE, FREE BIRTHDAY CAKES among others. Are kids allowed at Kukinpot Restaurant and which safety measures have been put in place to safeguard them?

Yes, kids are always welcome to wine and dine in the company of their parents or an adult. Our waiting staff are not only accommodative to the excesses of children but are also specially trained to handle kids. Not only that, we have adjustable and secured booster seats for kids, not to mention the numerous re-usable and disposable dining items specifically provided for them.

How secured are customers who visit your restaurant?

At Kukinpot Restaurant, the security of our patrons and their property is one of our topmost priority. We are not just located near the Kpeshie Divisional Police Station; we also boast of a dedicated and well trained 24/7 human security and an ultra-modern security surveillance system which is monitored 24/7. This makes our restaurant one of the most secured places to be on earth…hehehe.

Do you have a parking space for vehicles?

Yes, we are not just concerned about your personal security but that of your property as well. We therefore offer free parking and constant security to ensure your vehicle and its content are always secured. Terms and conditions however apply.

How soon or late can I engage your catering service?

Customers can book catering orders as far as 3 months in advance and as late as 72 hours. Any bookings out of this range can be arranged. However, you are to note that our catering service is strictly on first come first served basis and therefore based on our availability.

What number of guests can you cater for, when a customer contracts you to provide catering services?

We have the required manpower, equipment, logistics and experience to handle any catering orders ranging from 20 to 2,000 people in a day. Any number below or exceeding this range is also possible.

Can I create an online account for a faster checkout the next time I’m ordering online?

Yes, at checkout, you have the option to create an account (secured by a password) to fast track next online purchase. You may also checkout without necessarily create an account.
